She struggles with confidence. She feels happy. She wishes she felt better about her body. She thinks she’s sexy. She is broke. She has plenty of money. She believes she’s fat. She is delighted with her current weight, because she’s lost 30 pounds. She has found the love of her life. She loves being single. She feels crappy about herself. She finally feels good about herself.
We don’t really know, do we? Either one of these women could be thinking any of these things.
I’ve learned that what I’m thinking determines how I feel, what I do or don’t do, and the results I get in my life.
I get to choose. We all do.
I didn’t always realize that. Maybe you didn’t either.
